Heading into week two I want to say good job to all who completed week 1 – that is fantastic! Keep that momentum through this week as we continue to build our mobility and strength.
The workouts will be similar in formatting and we will continue with the same mobility work to continue to improve our joints and flexibility.
Our first workout is a Lower Body Mobility, Lower Body Activation, and Leg Day. All of these are now live and ready for you to start tomorrow, Monday the 12th! Tuesday’s workout will post by 5 p.m. EST on 9/12.
