If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably had seasons where your mind feels like it’s running on empty. Anxiety. Low energy. Feeling disconnected from your body. That was me, for a long time—until I found kettlebells.

As a certified coach and the creator of The KettleBelle, I now help women build strength, confidence, and mental resilience through online fitness coaching for women. But years ago, I was just trying to get out of bed without feeling overwhelmed.

Kettlebell Strength Training Changed Everything

Kettlebell strength training didn’t just change my body—it transformed my mind. There’s something empowering about picking up a weight and proving to yourself that you’re stronger than your anxiety.

Even research backs it up. A 2018 meta-analysis published in JAMA Psychiatry found that resistance training was significantly associated with reduced depressive symptoms.

For me, building strength gave me a routine I could rely on, a sense of accomplishment, and a deep connection to my body again. And because I could do kettlebell strength training at home, it was accessible even on my lowest days.

Why Kettlebells Work So Well

Kettlebell training is dynamic, low-impact, and incredibly effective for building full-body strength. Whether you’re brand new or advanced, you can tailor it to your pace. Plus, you don’t need a gym membership or a ton of space.

In my group fitness coaching program, we focus on:

  • Movement for mental clarity

  • Progressive strength programming

  • Real accountability and community

You don’t have to go it alone. Coaching is delivered through weekly live calls, daily workouts, and 1:1 check-ins to make sure you’re supported mentally and physically.
