How is this different from the KettleBelle Membership?
The App Membership is self-guided support. Coaching adds direct access to me, biweekly strategy calls, and personalized accountability — so you always know what to focus on and how to progress.
How does KettleBelle Coaching work?
1. Sign up here.
2. Post-payment, fill out the intake form.
3. Your coach will reach review your form and reach out within 24-48 hours to schedule a Welcome Call. Explore the app in the meantime!
How long is the coaching commitment?
Each coaching cycle is 90 days. This timeframe is enough to see results, build consistency, and create sustainable habits.
What if I can’t make a scheduled call?
Calls are flexible and can be rescheduled if something comes up.
I already use the KettleBelle Membership. Can I upgrade to coaching?
Absolutely! Coaching is designed to complement the membership. You’ll continue to have full access to the app while adding personalized support. Just email us at howdy@thekettlebelle.com.
How much time will I need to dedicate each week?
We recommend 2–4 sessions per week for beginners, focusing on consistency over intensity. Even short, 15–20 minute workouts make a big difference over time.
Will kettlebell training help me get stronger and toned?
Coaching is designed to fit your life. The time commitment varies based on your chosen program and goals, but even 3–4 focused sessions per week can lead to significant progress.
