Where should I start?
If you’re new or getting back into a routine, start with the 5-Day Consistency Kickstart. From there, you’ll move into Built From Within and continue progressing.
Do I need experience to start?
No. Built From Within is designed for beginners to intermediate. Built to Perform is best once you’ve built a foundation.
What equipment do I need?
All programs are designed for at-home training using:
- Dumbbells
- Kettlebells
- Resistance bands
No gym or machines required.
How much time do I need each week?
Most workouts are 45–60 minutes, 4 days per week. The structure is designed to be effective without taking over your schedule. The 5-Day Challenge is shorter as you build the habit, only about 20-30 minutes.
What makes this different from other workout programs?
This isn’t just about workouts. You’ll follow a structured progression that builds strength, confidence, and performance — with guidance on habits, nutrition, and consistency.
What happens after I finish the program?
You’ll have a clear next step. Many women continue into Built to Perform or join the app for ongoing structure and support.
