What on earth is Reiki? Recently, I took an exciting step on my wellness journey—I received my Reiki Level 1 certification! Reiki, a gentle energy healing practice, has been used for decades to support relaxation, stress management, and emotional balance. I’m thrilled to start sharing the benefits of reiki with others and eventually host workshops where we can explore it together.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance. Through light touch or even hands held slightly above the body, Reiki channels energy to help reduce stress, release tension, and foster a sense of calm and well-being.
