Is this at-home kettlebell program suitable for beginners?

Yes. Built From Within is explicitly designed for beginner to intermediate levels, focusing on proper form, core stability, and baseline strength. Built to Perform and Built to Lift are ideal progression phases once you have built that foundation.

What equipment do I need for the Built Bundle workouts?

To start, all you need is a single kettlebell, a set of resistance bands, and a small living room space. As you progress into Built to Perform and the muscle-building Built to Lift phase, you will want to introduce heavier kettlebells to keep challenging your strength.

How much time do I need each week?
